Description:
One of nine frescos depicting scenes from the life of Bernard from 1482 at the Chapel of St Bernard, Pamparato. Bernard, accompanied by a monk with his hood over his head, stands at the foot of a bed in which a man sits up, his hands clasped in prayer. Bernard has a red book in his left hand while his right hand is raised in a gesture to indicate that he has brought the man back from the dead. The inscription reads: COMO S. BERNARDO RESOSITARE UNO OMO CHI ERA MORTO. Bernard has a 'tuft'. See also WA12-16 & 18-20.
