Wing of a triptych from the Cistercian Nuns' Abbey of Flines dated 1494. Abbess Marie du Gardin in a white cowl and black veil kneels with hands folded in prayer at a prie-dieu with an open book on it. Her crozier leans on her right shoulder. Bernard stands behind her presenting her with his right hand. In his left hand he holds a crozier with sudarium attached. He is in a white cowl.
