The Virgin and Child flanked by the large figures of St Benedict on the left and Bernard on the right and, below, the smaller figures of St Rocco & St Sebastian. Benedict is bearded, carries a crozier and holds an open book while Bernard has his hands folded and a crozier resting on his right shoulder. They are both mitred and wearing richly embroidered copes fastened by bejewelled clasps. The inscription below reads: HOC OPUS FUIT / TEMPORE DNI JOHANNIS / ABBATIS ANNO DOMINI 1492.
