Panel from north-west Italy painted in 1478 by Manfredino Basilio da Castelnuovo showing two saints, St George on the right, Bernard on the left. Fragment which formed part of a polyptych. A nimbed, standing Bernard has a crozier in his left hand and a chain in his right at the end of which is a small winged and horned devil carrying a hook at his feet.
