Prayerbook of Beatrijs van Assendelft in Dutch dated c 1480 and probably from the Convent of St Agnes, Delft, has 7 large initials with full borders and 6 historiated initials with three-quarter borders, one of them within a blue initial 'O' of Christ leaning from the Cross to embrace a nimbed Bernard in a brown cowl and with his crozier under his right arm. In a hilly landscape with trees. The foliate border includes a parrot, a deer, and a half-length angel.
