A bust of Bernard in a white cowl with an open book in his right hand and a crozier in his left hand within the initial I(n medio ecclesie) from his feast in a Missal from the Cistercian abbey of Chiaravalle Milanese. The text above in red ink says that it is from his feast: 'In festo beati bernardi abbatis'. Bernard has 'tuft'.
