Description:
In a Gradual from the first half of the fourteenth century, which may have come from the Dominican Convent of St Catarinental in the diocese of Constance, within the initial 'O' a nimbed Bernard carrying a crozier is featured standing beside the smaller St Dominic of Bologna who is enveloped in the mantle of the Virgin with her right hand raised. The margin is decorated with ornament and two tonsured monks and a nun kneeling in the attitude of donors.
