Description:
1505/32. The scene from c 1103 of Bernard lying on his bed as a child suffering from a headache. A woman was brought in to relieve his suffering by sorcery, but realizing what she had in mind he brushed her aside and threw her out. When he arose the pain had gone. The woman is shown approaching the bed with her harp. Bernard's mother kneels on the left before the fire, and a man (Bernard's father?) kneels on the right. There is a small white dog in the foreground.
