Description:
Pen and brown ink drawing attributed to Cosimo Rosselli of the Vision of Bernard. The central figure of the Virgin accompanied by two angels appears to Bernard, seated on the left writing at a desk at the side of which is a case with some books and behind which are some rocks. A bearded figure, probably a saint, kneels on the right. Very similar to another drawing attributed to Rosselli, but reversed, with fewer figures and less detail (see DR07).
